Third graders got out of the classroom to explore important places within our own community last week. They began their day by touring our county courthouse and making some important downtown history stops. From there, the classes made it to Purdue University to tour Mackey Arena and Ross Ade Stadium. Some lucky kids even got to meet some special student athletes at Purdue! The day finished up at the Purdue Airport. The airport provides kids with an exciting tour of different types of planes and history.
